01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and come33 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms take effect immediately upon registering a new account or using any service provided by come33.

Come33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current version in force.

Continued use of the come33 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore encourage all members to review this document from time to time.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the come33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. come33 takes the protection of minors seriously and will not permit anyone under the age of 18 to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• Not appear on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not represent any third party when registering or using a come33 account. Every account must be registered in your own name and for personal use only.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and the balance being held pending investigation.

Come33 reserves the right to request any verification documents at any time to confirm a member's identity and eligibility. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members before their first withdrawal can be processed.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) come33 account. Owning more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details. If any of your personal information changes, please contact come33 support immediately to update your records.

The name registered on your come33 account must exactly match the name on your identity document and the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may cause delays or rejection when processing withdrawals.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Come33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All deposits are processed automatically and will be credited to your account within 5 minutes or less after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment processor.

The minimum deposit limit is RM30 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification from the come33 security team before funds are credited.

For withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction. Processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours for accounts that have completed the KYC process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name.

• All withdrawals are subject to internal security review before approval.
• Come33 is not responsible for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment processors.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be frozen pending investigation.
• Come33 does not accept any payment method not listed on the platform. Payments made via unrecognised methods will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by come33 are subject to specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements (rollover), maximum bet limits, bonus validity periods, and eligible games vary from one promotion to another.

Come33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players found abusing any promotion or bonus — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, group coordination, or automated software — will be subject to disciplinary action including account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the come33 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, e-sports, and number games — have their own rules that all players must follow. Specific rules for each game can be found on the respective game page.

Come33 uses a certified, independent Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all casino and slot games. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed or altered once determined by the system.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, come33 will make every effort to restore the session to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, come33 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the bets to the player's account.

• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Come33 reserves the right to void any bet found to contain a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Bets placed using insider or unauthorized information will be voided without compensation.

07 User Conduct

All come33 members are expected to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful, ethical, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the come33 platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the come33 platform without explicit written permission from management.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the come33 platform or any other member's account in any way.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the come33 platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Spreading false information, making defamatory statements, or issuing threats to any party in connection with come33.
• Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of come33's betting system, games, or promotions.

Come33 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual found engaging in unlawful conduct on our platform, including reporting such cases to the relevant authorities.

08 Account Security

Your come33 account security is a shared responsibility between you and come33. come33 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and a multi-layer verification system to protect all your data and transactions. However, you are also responsible for taking the following steps to safeguard your account:

• Use a strong, unique password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your username or password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Ensure that the device you use is free from any malware or viruses that could compromise your login credentials.
• Contact come33 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Come33 will not be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials, including cases where a member knowingly or unknowingly shares their login details with another party.

09 Account Closure

Members may close their come33 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to the member's registered bank account, subject to applicable bonus and promotion terms.

Come33 also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The member provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from authorities necessitating account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, come33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an internal investigation is conducted. Should the investigation confirm a violation, come33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance without any compensation.

10 Liability Limits

Come33 provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose. come33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system downtime, or internet connection failures.
• Losses or damages arising from any changes to the platform, policies, or services offered.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access or third-party use of your account.
• Unsatisfactory game or betting outcomes, as wagering inherently involves a risk of loss that members must fully accept.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by come33 is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is to be read together with them. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the manner in which come33 manages your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

Come33 is committed to protecting the privacy of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for the purpose of processing your transactions.

12 Terms Amendment

Come33 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, legal compliance, or evolving business policies. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the website or by registered email within a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the come33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.
